Reflections Photographic Art is a division of Reflections Creative Photography and is the natural outgrowth from the beginning of our photographic career. Before starting Wedding Photography, which Linda and I both Love, my beginnings came from an old Yashica 35mm film camera that I purchased from a friend for $35.00.That weekend, Linda and I traveled out of the Bronx along the Bronx River, (there is really such a thing). It was October and the trees were ablaze with color .I shot my 1st roll of 35mm color slide film. After getting it developed, the guy in the camera store said, whoever took these pictures should do something with them, they are awesome!
That’s what started it all; I submitted 5 slides to Hallmark Cards and they purchase 3 of them! So, the passion grew, and scenic images were my focus. When we were asked to photograph our 1st Wedding Linda said, “Lance does trees, not people”. Well, it turned out I could do people, over 2600 couples thus far. However, something interesting occurred while designing digital Wedding Albums, I discovered Composites .A new way to showcase several images to create a story of our couples.
That coupled with the fact that while traveling almost anywhere, I would continue to compile countless scenic and random images .I though I’d try to tell a story, create a mood or just accent a possible room scape with these images. Thus, the creation of Reflections Photographic Art. See one of our existing images that moves you, or do you have a memory and images in your mind that will tell a story for your home or workplace? Tell us about it and I’m sure we can create it from our growing stock of image or create new ones that will perfectly fit your vision.
Once created or selected, these images can be printed on high quality photographic paper, on a canvas wrap, on a metal backdrop or our favorite an acrylic glass free form print.
Because of the uniqueness for each piece of art, (size, and print medium, framed or unframed) each is priced individually, so no pricelist is contained within our site. We will of course provide a details project price based on your vision, so you know the investment you are making in your unique piece of art.
